At this time, there are no standard customer purchases to refund.
If a Charge Appears
If you believe you were charged by mistake for a future support product, sponsorship, or other paid offering connected to this site, contact hello@claudehud.lol with:
- The email used during the transaction
- Any receipt, invoice, or payment identifier
- A short explanation of the issue
Review Window
Requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. If a mistaken charge is confirmed, the refund will be handled through the original payment method whenever feasible.
Upstream Project Note
This policy applies only to offerings directly associated with Claude HUD Guide. It does not govern the upstream Claude HUD project or any third-party services linked from this site.
